The Chamber President Mr Richard Ngatia hosted the outgoing delegation to the Arab Republic of Egypt to Pre-briefing breakfast at the Trademark hotel.
The session was held in collaboration with the Mayfair CIB Bank led by the Executive Director Mr.Hossam Rageh, the Embassy of Egypt led by the deputy mission Hanan Shahin present were KNCCI Directors ,Mayfair CIB Officials,Officials from the State Depattment of Trade,Industrialization ,County Government of Kiambu and Nyeri,KNCCI members and customers from Mayfair.
The Chamber President encouraged all delegates to explore opportunities in the Republic of Egypt, which is strategic gateway for both Africa and the Middle East regions.
Egypt is one of the most important manufacturing hub in Africa and is well known for clothing & textiles, metal products and chemicals, tourism, agricultural goods and medicaments.
Egypt and Kenya have potential for collaboration in agricultural investments, chemicals, building materials and development of the blue economy.
The preparations for the trade Mission are complete to ensure that delegates benefit from B2Bs, B2Gs and explore the many tourist attraction sites in Egypt. KNCCI is optimistic that the Mission will pave way for partnerships with Egyptian business counterparts and give an opportunity to penetrate new markets.
