KNCCI Nairobi Chapter in partnership with Crown Paints PLC hosted the 4th Construction Sector Dialogue at Nairobi Serena Hotel, the theme being “Building a Sustainable Construction Sector.”
The Dialogue was led by KNCCI Nairobi Chapter Chairman Julius Opio, directors Ronald Meru and Caroline Karangi.
The event was graced by key people in the construction sector among them being Chief guests from the Nairobi Metropolitan Service (NMS) Moses Nyakiongora and Patrick Onalo, representatives from Crown Paints PLC, Space & Style Ltd CEO Winnie Ngumi and Simon Ndung’u from Housing Finance Group.
Among other attendee’s were architects, engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, advocates, banks & financial institutions.
Issues & opportunities addressed centered on working together to fast track building plans approvals, service delivery, conveyancing, finance, compliance, and green projects in favor of all stakeholders.
